Frontline Dispute Solutions exists because conflict is manageable - if you have the right structure.
"Most people treat conflict like a fire to escape. I have spent decades learning how to walk into it - not because I enjoy the heat, but because I know what is on the other side. Sustainable resolution does not happen by accident. It requires more than good intentions. It requires a structure."
Darin Martin is the founder of Frontline Dispute Solutions and the creator of the Structured Resolution Model. Over several decades and across multiple industries, he compiled techniques, methodologies, and frameworks from a wide range of disciplines and forged them into a single, practical system for navigating conflict. His approach is not theoretical. It is built for real situations, real pressure, and real people who need something that actually works.
Darin is trained in mediation and conflict management through Harvard's Program on Negotiation, and holds certificates in Negotiation Mastery, Business Contracts, and Legal Essentials from Cornell University. His academic foundation is in psychology, which informs every layer of the methodology he has built.
He works with individuals, couples, corporate teams, and community organizations - in person and virtually - as a coach, trainer, and conflict navigator.
Most conflict does not fail because people are unreasonable. It fails because they have no structure to work with. Instinct under pressure defaults to self-protection, not resolution. It escalates, deflects, or shuts down - and leaves the real issue untouched.
Frontline Dispute Solutions was built to change that. The Structured Resolution Model gives individuals, teams, and organizations a step-by-step framework they can apply in real time, in real conflicts, with real stakes. It does not ask people to be the bigger person as a substitute for having a real process. It gives them the process.
